EXOnext Secretome – Advanced Exosome Technology

Have you tried EXOnext yet? It’s the same skin specific cargo proven in the Human Mesenchymal Stem Cell derived exosomes Nancy and I have used and endorsed in the past, (we like X-Skin, and Benev’s and Kimera have solid stories behind them too). For us, EXOnext is a more high end advanced technology, especially for older skin, or bigger problems!
And how many billions (or trillions, or quadrillions) of particles are best?  We’ve noticed that if one salesman has a billion, the next guy will have 2, then 3 then 30 etc. But we are not convinced the efficacy is in the numbers, (if they’re even telling the truth). Notice that this cardiologist, regenerating cardiac tissue in-vivo does not refer to the number, but the CARGO of the exosomes! We’re convinced the efficacy is in the cargo!
The advancement with EXOnext is the addition of plant-derived (Camelia) exosomes and antioxidants to the Human mesenchymal stem cell derived exosomes. It’s a logical formulation, as we’ve all used plant based ingredients on the skin forever. So on top of the beneficial cytokine cargo derived from the adult mesenchymal stem cell conditioned media:
  • The excellent antioxidant effect of “polyphenol” prevents skin aging by removing free radicals that promote aging 
  • It is rich in “oleic acid” to prevent skin loss and moisturize and soothe skin 
  • Tannin helps with skin diseases such as atopy and acne by removing inflammation 
  • Catechin helps skin to become more active by converging and calming the tired skin 
  • Rich vitamin C prevents melanin pigmentation, improving spots and freckles 
EXOnext is also vacuum sealed and sterile. It comes with a sterile, non-cross linked H/A for reconstitution, which is approved as an injectable in Europe (or you can use saline). Other exosomes on the market are unconvincing for me, personally. “Plated” is from platelets and the weakest of all I’ve researched. They’re up to two trillion alleged exosomes, (it reminds me of the national debt)! Platelet derived growth factors are too inflammatory in my opinion, but they have excellent marketing and sharp salesman!
The assertion that Exosomes must be shipped on ice, or are somehow not stable at room temperature does not match our understanding of the stability of the lipid bi-layer, lyophilization, or the cargo, as documented in numerous clinical papers. We think that’s all marketing hype too.

Tretinoin is a powerful Vitamin A derivative that can treat acne and other skin conditions when applied topically. It’s in a family of topicals commonly called “retinoids.” Retinoids can come in prescription levels, (typically above 1% concentration with brand names like “Retin-A” and “Renova.”), and more commonly as an ingredient in over the counter skin care products with names like “Retinyl Palmitate”, “Retinyl Acetate”, “Retinyl Linoleate”, in concentrations of less that 1%. Retinoids accelerate exfoliation to help with ant-aging and the appearance of the skin, and can help clear clogged pores for acne relief.
Prescripti0n levels should be used with caution and under medical supervision, especially in conjunction with other medications such as tetracycline or sulfa, or topicals that may dry your skin such as benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid.
