This method of preserving fibrin with the plasma provides a more stable matrix in which cytokines and Mesenchymal Stem Cells remain viable longer, and a more robust array of cytokines are released more slowly into surrounding tissue.

Because PRP tubes contain anticoagulant and strip away fibrin, platelets & Mesenchymal Stem Cells, whereas PRF provides a higher concentration of each.

PRF also preserves leukocytes, creating more anti-inflammatory wound healing signals.

The lack of anticoagulant makes it more comfortable for the patient when injected. And with the ezCool chiller, our PRF remains liquid and injectable for over an hour, even without anticoagulant.
