How May Procell Microchanneling Improve Hair Loss

Hair Loss:

Age related hair loss is not well understood, but is thought to be attributable to 4 primary factors:

  1. Thinning of aging skin miniaturizes follicles
  2. Decreased blood supply miniaturizes follicles
  3. Hormonal imbalances miniaturize follicles
  4. Genetic predisposition

How Can Procell Improve the appearance of Acne Scarring?

This is the third in a 10 part series discussing how Procell Microchanneling may improve the appearance of a number of common skin imperfections. We welcome questions and comments.

Treatment with Procell for a series of 6 or more sessions (once per month) can lead to more robust, and better hydrated epidermal layer that may better conceal the appearance of acne scars. Thickening of healthy epidermal layers can naturally reduce the profile of acne scars.

Procell Improves Acne Scar

The Procell device can be used to actively break up fibrotic bands that hold “boxcar” type scars down. The micro-filaments also produce a general reorganization of the epidermis and improvement in pigmentary irregularities that can further reduce the appearance of all types of scarring.
